Our Mission:

To empower marginalized youth with the education, opportunities, work experience, and support necessary for success.

The GearUp Programs are the result of rethinking the traditional education model to better prepare our at-promise youth for the future.

Our Programs

While most schools look essentially the same as they did 100 years ago - entrenched in a “one size fits all” approach that leaves many students disconnected and struggling to learn - GearUp programs are inspiring new optimism about what is possible when an individual approach is taken and when young people are afforded the opportunities and support necessary to thrive.

The GearUP Pathway

The GearUp Pathway is a transformative high school support program that empowers marginalized youth with the support, opportunities, and skills needed to obtain a diploma and secure meaningful employment.

Through our partnerships with community businesses, we provide students with valuable internships and training. These opportunities allow students to gain real-world experience, develop critical job skills, and build professional networks.

The Engagement Center

The Engagement Center connects 16-24 year-olds to education, employment, and support services to achieve financial success and independence.
