GearUp4Success 2024 was an incredible success! Thank you to our keynote speaker and the amazing sponsors who made this event memorable. Over 200 students and educators from Genesee County and beyond attended this year's conference!

Mott Community College for graciously hosting us on their campus. Their support and facilities were instrumental in making this event possible and provided an ideal environment for learning and collaboration.
Jujuan Thorn, our keynote speaker, who captivated everyone in attendance with his inspiring insights and motivational address. He shed light on the importance of a growth mindset and the keys to achieving success. Jujuan’s message resonated deeply with our audience, encouraging them to pursue their aspirations relentlessly.

The conference featured a resource fair with over 20 vendors with various resources and programs available to support young people in their personal and academic growth. Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with these organizations, explore valuable resources, and gain insights into furthering their success.
