GearUp Academy is a transformative high school support program that empowers marginalized youth with the support, opportunities, and skills needed to obtain a diploma and secure meaningful employment. GearUp is a free, self-paced online high school program that equips students with life and work skills, job training, and placement assistance.
Our Mission: To provide comprehensive support that enables students to cultivate a growth mindset and develop the necessary skills for success.
